 Enter for a chance to win a grand prize of free gas and groceries for one year, a value estimated at $10,000! The winner will be announced Saturday, November 21 at the Festival of Trees, a special holiday event benefiting the Women & Children's Hospital.
As an added bonus, each week an employee of Kaleida Health who purchases a $1 ticket will have a chance to win a $100 gift card in the special drawing to be held each Wednesday starting October 21, 2009 through Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Each weekly winner will be posted on Kaleida Scope for the next six weeks. This bonus drawing is limited to Kaleida employees and friends only.
To enter, purchase a chance to win when you check out at your hospital's cafeteria as well as the first floor Café of the Larkin Building, VNA and Flint Road Labs. Again this is a $1.00 chance for an opportunity to win $10,000 worth of gas and groceries. Donations from every ticket bought will benefit the Kaleida Health Foundations.
