Bike-A-Thon
Grace Young and Mia Boyd were both treated at Women and Children’s Hospital. Both girls and their families wanted to “thank” everyone at the hospital by holding their first Bike-A-Thon at Crystal Beach. They raised over $500 - Kudos to these young ambassadors and their friends and family. We know they are proud. Pictured: Grace Young, Mia and Aidan Boyd.
Master Chong’s Tae Kwon Do Kicking for Miracles

Grandmaster Sun Ki Chong, Michael Mertens and Melanie Pasinski are assisted by Channel 2 Anchor, Scott Levin and his daughter Sophia and Channel 4 News Reporter, Lisa Flynn and her son Thomas as they present a donation of $58,000 to Steven J. Lana, MD. Monies are raised by students and staff of Master Chong’s Tae Kwon Do during a month-long celebration.

Kudos to Master Chong student and young ambassador Jaime Ponicki! Guests at her 11th birthday party were invited to make a donation to help patients at the Hospital in lieu of birthday gifts. Your friends and family are proud, Jaime.

West Elementary School - Miracle Jeans Day

Miracle Child Matthew Knowles and classmates from West Elementary School participated in a Miracle Jeans Day promotion. Each got to “dress down” for a donation. These young apprentices raised $1500. Congratulations!
Mayer Family Lemonade Sale

The last weekend in September was special for the Mayer family as they held their annual garage sale. Joey and Matthew sold cookies and lemonade to help other kids like them at the Hospital.
Geiger Family annual "Pumpkin Sale"

Nicky Geiger and her two daughters, Emily & Amanda, raised $850 during their second annual “Pumpkin Sale.” Thanks to the generosity of Mr. & Mrs. Jim Panek, each was able to personally go on a pumpkin picking adventure and then sell the pumpkins they chose at the Panek pumpkin stand – all proceeds to benefit kids at Women & Children’s Hospital.

Benz Cookie Project

Evan Benz, of Lancaster’s Court Street Elementary school, is pictured with his “cookie project”. Evan took orders from friends, family and school administration bringing in dozens of cookies to the school alone to raise funds for the children of Women & Children’s Hospital.
